Cancellation Policy

Regarding changes and cancellations to consultation and treatment times
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation (including changing the details of your reservation), please contact us by phone, email, or official LINE by 7:00 PM the day before your reservation.
If the day before your appointment is a holiday (holiday, New Year's holiday, etc.), please contact us by 7:00 p.m. two days before.

Cancellation Fee
If you do not contact us within the cancellation/change acceptance period, the following cancellation fee will be charged. The same amount will be charged for cancellations without notice on the day of the event.
Cancellation fee: 3,300 yen (tax included)
The cancellation fee will be charged before your next treatment.
In addition, if you have signed up for a multi-session course, instead of paying a cancellation fee, one reserved treatment will be considered as having been completed (treatment completed).

If you are booking a surgery
In principle, at our hospital, we require a deposit of 30% of the procedure cost when the surgery date is confirmed. If you wish to change or cancel your surgery reservation, please contact us by 7:00 p.m. three days before the scheduled date (four days before if the three days before is a holiday).
Please note that if you do not contact us within the cancellation/change acceptance period stated above or if you cancel without permission, we will not be able to refund the deposit you paid in advance as a cancellation fee.

About lateness
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten your treatment time or refuse to treat you at all. In that case, your appointment will be treated as a cancellation and a cancellation fee of 3,300 yen (tax included) will be charged.
Even if the treatment time is shortened, the treatment fee will not be reduced. Also, even if we decline to provide the treatment, in the case of a course treatment, the number of treatments for that day will be considered as having been completed.
Please note that if you cancel without permission, or if you repeatedly arrive late or cancel or change your reservation, we may refuse to accept your next reservation.
