If the tumor is present as a lump under the skin, the skin is cut open and only the tumor is removed. If the tumor is present in the skin itself, the skin itself is excised and removed.

When performing surgery, we use local anesthesia (anesthesia by injection), so you will not feel any pain once the anesthesia takes effect. Since we use an injection, there will be a slight tingling pain when the needle is inserted, but the anesthesia will take effect quickly, so you will only feel pain at the beginning. During surgery using local anesthesia, you will be able to talk normally during the operation, so please let us know if you feel any pain during the operation. We will immediately administer additional local anesthesia to prevent you from feeling any pain before performing the surgery.
